All provinces independent, I was finally able to add in Africa. I notice simulations run differently as the balance of power is shifted away from the middle east as African nations tend to unite and conquer the north.

This map was hand-made by me to include a plethora of ancient (and medieval) empires, cities, kingdoms, and tribes with as much detail as possible. Some pre-historic cultures are included as well.

Adds up to 5,700 Civilizations!
