HARVARD HOUSING DAY 2022

HOUSING DAY!! I absolutely loved experiencing this once-in-a-lifetime Harvard College tradition. My blocking group and I were assigned our house for the next 3 years. Isn't it just like Harry Potter?!?!?!?!?!?! There are 12 houses at Harvard: Adams, Cabot, Currier, Dunster, Eliot, Kirkland, Leverett, Lowell, Mather, Pforzheimer (aka Pfoho), Quincy, and Winthrop. All of these houses are great, but some are preferred a lot more over the others. A LOT of people want Lowell, Winthrop, or Dunster, so these are like the "Gryffindor houses" of Harvard. The rest of the river houses are also super great, but people have mixed feelings about each one. A LOT of people do NOT want any house in the Quad (Cabot, Pfoho, & Currier), but a few people love them, so these are like the "Slytherin houses" of Harvard. (I hope y'all like my analogies😎) BTW we don't get to choose our houses or anything. It's randomly assigned to us, except for people with certain living accommodations.
