INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup + 2 tablespoons butter (84 grams)
2 ounces dark chocolate (semi sweet) chopped (56 grams)
2 cups all purpose flour
⅔ cup granulated sugar
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa
1¾ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt*
1 cup plain yogurt (whole) (250 grams)
¼ cup milk (whole or 2%) (60 grams)
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup chocolate chunks (milk, semi sweet or a mixture) (84 grams)
