Serve them with a cool Cucumber-Mint Sauce inside a warm No-Wheat Kulcha, and you've got yourself a protein-packed meal! 🤤

⏱️ Cooking Time: 10 mins

🌟 Ingredients:
For Soya Kebab:
✅ Soya Chunks / Granules – 1 cup (boiled & squeezed)
✅ Chopped Onion – 1/3 cup
✅ Grated Carrots – 1 small
✅ Chopped Green Chili – As per taste 🌶️
✅ Salt – As per taste
✅ Mustard Oil – 2 tbsp
✅ Besan (Gram Flour) – 1/3 cup

For Cucumber-Mint Sauce:
✅ Grated Cucumber – 1 whole 🥒
✅ Chopped Mint – A handful 🌿
✅ Salt – As per taste
✅ Red Chili Powder – 1 tbsp 🌶️
✅ Chaat Masala – 1 tbsp

Other Ingredients:
✅ No-Wheat Kulcha – Store-bought or homemade 🫓

🔥 How to Make Soya Kebabs?
Step 1: Prep the Soya Chunks
1️⃣ Boil soya granules in hot water for 5-7 minutes.
2️⃣ Drain and squeeze out excess water (important for texture!).

Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
3️⃣ In a bowl, mix boiled soya chunks, grated carrot, chopped onions, green chilies, salt, mustard oil, and besan.
4️⃣ Combine everything well and shape into small kebabs or patties.

Step 3: Cook the Kebabs
5️⃣ Heat a skillet or tawa on medium heat.
6️⃣ Brush with a little oil and cook the kebabs until golden brown & crispy on both sides (about 4-5 minutes per side).
