Pokemon Reborn is a fan-made game where your choices DO matter and affect the resulting plot. One of the most significant plot splits is referred to as the Zekrom/Reshiram split. Of course, this video contains tons of spoilers. It is intended to be for players who have already played the game on one route and are curious to see the scenes that the other route brings. The routes are named as such because the Legendary Dragon that you fight in Titania's gym is either a Zekrom or a Reshiram depending on the route you are on.

To get on the Zekrom route, fight Taka at the Water Treatment Center.
To get on the Reshiram route, refuse to fight Taka at the Water Treatment Center AND allow him to accompany you in the desert.
The "Z-Hell" path is a modified version of the Zekrom route that you are on if you refuse to fight Taka at the Water Treatment Center and refuse to allow him to accompany you in the desert. Zekrom scenes are played in this route unless otherwise specified, except Reshiram scenes are played for the Battles of Agate and Labradorra. This is called the Zero path in the wiki.
The "R-Determination" path is a path you are on if you meet the requirements for the Reshiram route and have also defeated Solaris at Pyrous Mountain. Reshiram scenes are played on this path unless otherwise specified.
