Fibroids and the suffering that comes with it, is deemed as a 'silent illness'. Many women are dismissed and end up suffering in silence. It is a common problem and especially among black women.

I'm sharing this deeply personal story with you all, in the hope that it can be seen, shed light to others and help those in the same or similar situation. A lot of these videos helped me pre and post op.
