Temporary External Residents' Bus Services in Discovery Bay

Residents' bus service route number DB08R is operated by Discovery Bay Transport Services (Passenger Service License No. 6185A). It provides overnight service between Discovery Bay Plaza and Central Pier 3.

DB08R is an alternative ferry route. It provides temporary services in response to the decline in overnight ferry demand due to the coronavirus. It is the first and only bus route to and from Discovery Bay outside of Lantau. It is currently the highest one-way resident bus in Hong Kong.

The service first operates on early hours of 10 August, 2020 (Monday).
