This Prep-n-Print with flex video will help with tablets provided by Ecolab with cellular data plans.

If you’re having trouble logging in because of the error, “Network connection not available. Please make sure your internet access is enabled”, follow the steps in this video to troubleshoot your Ecolab provided tablet with a cellular data plan for Prep-n-Print with flex. For customers without cellular data plans, please contact technical support after attempting to connect using WiFi.

Let’s check and make sure there are no cellular outages in your area. Using a different device or computer check for outages with ATT. If there aren’t any outages check to see if your mobile data is on.
Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the gear icon. Select “connections” and then “mobile networks” where you will need to turn on your mobile data setting.

If you had to turn the mobile data on, then try to log in again.

If your log in is still not working return to the settings in the connections and mobile networks then select Access Point Names and look for reference 13910.mcs.

If it’s there, make sure it is selected, but if it isn’t we need to add it to the access point names.

Press Add in the top right corner and enter “13910.mcs” in the Name and APN fields only, tap the three dots in the top right and select Save. Next, make sure it is selected on the next screen and press the tablet home button and log in to the flex app.

If sign in was unsuccessful hold down the power button, tap Restart, then tap Restart again. After the tablet restarts, log in to the flex app.

If the problem still persists we need to re-seat the SIM card.
Hold down the power button, tap Power off, then tap Power off again, so the tablet will shut down.

For the Samsung Tab E press in on the SIM card with your fingernail to release it from the card slot. It should slightly stick out from the slot. Press it back in firmly so it clicks and latches into place.

For the Samsung Tab A pull out the SIM/SD card adapter halfway. Push it back in so it is fully inserted and flush with the tablet.

Hold down the power button and release when the Samsung logo appears.

Once the tablet is powered on, confirm the 4G LTE symbol is on the top right of the screen. If it is there, log in to the flex app.

If you are still having trouble logging in, swipe down from the top of the screen and tap on the settings gear, select connections, then verify that you can connect to an open Wi-Fi network and try to log in once more.

If this issue isn’t resolved or there are no open Wi-Fi connections available, contact tech support for more help.
