Описание к видео SANDISK EXTREME PORTABLE SSD DISASSEMBLY PART 2

PART 2.
How to safely take apart, dissassemble DANDISK EXTREME PORTABLE SSD MODEL#SDSSDE61-1T00
This video also shows not only how to safely disassemble, but also accents on key components with all part numbers and PCB zoom in and chip markings.
This drive was not recognized by any host computer to which it was attached to and needed data recovery. Since this drive has only has USB TYPE C connector, its not easy to properly debug and evaluate condition via usb, therefore we had to take it apart and work directly via PCIE/NVME. Drive model is quite new to the market and it is surprising that it has failed within its own warranty period. USB PCB board part#54-50-12352 Rev.1 (#545012352Rev1) USB bridge is #ASMEDIA #ASM2362, DC/DC regulator chip is #M044EF05 NVME SSD PCB PART#54-50-05251-04 (#54500525104)
NAND CHIP PART#0605241T00 and SANDISK 20-82--10023-A1 (#208210023A1) and #90430VM330
QUBEX engineers recommend starting same disassembly same order as video shows, as.it is best and safest way. Be careful when preying any parts, DONT BEND SSD or any PCB as you risk of permanent damage to it. There are thermal pads everywhere and they are very sticky, carefully work on them. Once top plastic cover is taken out, unscrew 2 philips screws.Wiggle ssd pcb and green pcb lightly, make sure it moves a bit. Then work your way through. THE MOST IMPORTANT and MOST DANGEROUS part is separating BLUE SSD PCB from GREEN MAIN BOARD PCB as it has VERY TACKY dual sided adhesive. Dont stick anything beyond width of your ssd, otherwise you may knock main board compinents off or ripping traces - thats second worst thing you can do while disassembling this sandisk extreme portable ssd. Once everything is taken apart, proceed further with diagnosing NVME/PCIE SSD via its native pcie bus.
