Easy one piece bag tutorial

Today I have another great free pattern and tutorial for you.
This bag is literally one piece for the outside and one piece for the inside.
Then we have optional zipper pockets, long strap and hardware.

Here’s the measurements you’ll need, I’ll pop it up on the screen as I go too.

Main fabric (outer) piece: 24 x 13 inches. Cut 1 main fabric and 1 fusible fleece.

Lining fabric: 24 x 13 inches: Cut 1 lining fabric and 1 light interfacing.

Zipper pockets pieces: 9 x 12 inches. Cut 2 lining fabric and 2 light interfacing.

Connector tabs: 2 x 2 1/2 inches. Cut 2 main fabric and 2 fusible fleece.

Strap: 52 x 4 inches. Cut 1 main fabric (or vinyl) and 1 light interfacing (none for vinyl).

Handles: 15 x 2 inches. Cut 2 main fabric (or vinyl, I’m using vinyl for these) use light interfacing if using fabric and none for vinyl.

Hardware:

Zipper tape: 9 inches long. Cut 2.

Two 1 inch D rings

Two 1 inch swivel hooks

One 1 inch slider

6 rivets

1 magnetic clasp
