Galvanic Arrow + Quill Rain + Doryani's Prototype build guide - Path of Exile (3.11 Harvest)

My 2nd favourite build of Harvest league. Again with Doryani's Prototype but now using Divine Flesh. With Quill Rain (lvl5 weapon) doing end game bosses. Galvanic Arrow + Barrage support makes it very flashy and good dps. More info below.

Use latest version of LocalIdentity's Fork PoB, it is more advanced.
Ascendancy: Raider
Unique items: Quill Rain, Crown of Inward Eye, Doryani's Prototype, Abhorrent Interrogation, Darkness Enthroned, Dying Sun, Glorious Vanity (Xibaqua). No Thread of Hopes are required. Can also use Ventor's Gamble, Tombfist.
