We ship many of our chassis assembled in bare metal - a fully assembled chassis allows quick and easy mockup for builders who are still building or fabricating on the vehicle. It also serves as both a really great visual 'guide' for a builder of how the chassis goes back together after the powder coating/paint process, and allows our assembly team to make absolutely sure our customer is receiving a complete chassis package with every part specced out on the order. Each chassis also comes with a full assembly instruction guide with final torque specs and setup instructions.
