Tiger's Nest Monastery also known as Paro Taktsang, is a sacred Vajrayana Himalayan Buddhist site located in the cliffside of the Paro valley in Bhutan. Trekking to Tiger's Nest is the best thing to do in Bhutan and you absolutely cannot miss this beautiful location. It takes approximately 3-4 hours to go up and 1 hour to come down. It is above-moderate level hike and trek. It is preferable to go early in the morning when the weather is cool so you can return to the city before sunset.
