Which three California cities have the worst parking in America?

San Diego has been named the worst city in the country for parking. It's also ranked among the most expensive, according to a new study by car subscription service Finn. Three California cities — including Riverside and Long Beach — made the top 10 list for worst parking, but San Diego takes first place on availability.

CBS 8 spoke with San Diego drivers who said it's difficult to find parking on a regular basis.

“On Friday nights it’s like circling for 20 minutes," said San Diegan Kevin Chen.

San Diego resident Spencer Kemp agreed.

“[It] took us a while to find parking, and it could be better I would say," he said.

The research looked at parking prices, the number of electric vehicle charging options and the number of wheelchair-accessible parking spaces.
