Day 1 - Chest, Delts & Abs

Chest Press - 3 x 4 - 8
Overhead Shoulder Press - 3 x 4 - 8
Chest Fly - 3 x 4 - 8
Lateral Raise - 3 x 4 - 8
Weighted Decline Sit Ups - 3 x 8-12

Day 2 - Back

Lat Pulldown - 3 x 4 - 8
Seated Row - 3 x 4 - 8
Kelso Shrugs - 3 x 4 x 8

Day 3 - Arms

Preacher Curls - 3 x 4 - 8
Overhead Tricep Extension - 3 x 4 - 8
Dumbbell Curl - 3 x 4 - 8
Single Arm Pushdown 3 x 4 - 8

Day 4 - Legs

Hack Squat - 3 x 4 - 8
Seated Leg Curl - 3 x 4 - 8
Leg Press - 3 x 4 - 8
Calf Raise On Leg Press - 3 x 4 - 8

Rest Periods - 2-3 minutes

Once you can perform 3 straight sets of 8, increase weight next session by 2.5kg at most

This is the exact structure I used while on a cut. You can add exercises in however only add in 2 sets per new exercise then tweak accordingly. I explain this more in depth in the video.
