These sharks were massive! Another day in the city of Lisbon and another wet start on my city break. A day of tourist attractions awaited as I travelled to the oceanarium located in the Oriente area of the city. The oceanarium along with the cable car are one of Lisbon's top tourist attractions. On arriving I had an encounter with a seagull who deposited something nasty on my head, but that didn't spoil my day. The array of species in the oceanarium was incredible, the sun fish, sting rays, penguins and reef fish were incredible to watch. Seeing the big sharks was amazing and certainly the highlight of the visit. The entrance fee for the oceanarium and cable car was €28 (price in November 2022), and well worth paying.
