Notice for sending latest community & caste certificate through e-mail by all the "Application Accepted" Candidates who belongs to specific Castes but mentioned the Community as SC in their submitted online application

Attention to all applied candidates whose application have been accepted (Provisionally/Conditionally) for CEN 01/2024 (ALP) / CEN 02/2024 (Technicians) / CEN RPF 01/2024 (Sub Inspector) / CEN 03/2024 (JE/DMS/CMA/CS etc.) / CEN 04/2024 (Paramedical) and (a) also belongs to PAN/SAWASI/PANR/TANTI - TATWA (तांती-ततवा) castes originally and (b) also belongs to Bihar State or migrated (temporarily/permanently) from Bihar state only and (c) also mentioned as SC Community in 'community' field in their online application.

In the light of Hon'ble Supreme Court Judgement in:

Supreme Court Civil Appeal No. 18802 of 2017 between Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Vichar Manch, Bihar, Patna and the State of Bihar & Others., Judgement dated 15.07.2024

1) Candidates who have mentioned their community as SC in online application and also (A) ORIGINALLY BELONGS to PAN/SAWASI/PANR/TANTI-TATWA (ताली-तलवा) CASTE AND (B) BELONG TO BIHAR STATE or MIGRATED (TEMPORARILY/PERMANENTLY) FROM BIHAR STATE ONLY should submit the following details in the manner mentioned hereunder:

a) Candidates must submit a self-attested scanned copy of their latest caste certificate, issued on or after 01.12.2024.

b) The scanned copy should be in PDF format and sent exclusively via the email ID registered during the online application process.

c) The email must also include the following details: Application Registration Number, Applicant Name, Registered Mobile Number, CEN Number, old community & caste, and revised community & caste.

d) The email should be sent to the CEN-specific email IDs listed below, as applicable.

The last date for submitting self-attested scanned latest community & caste certificate through their registered e-mail to above CEN specific e-mail IDs is on or before 10.02.2025 (23:59 hrs.). All the candidates who have submitted latest community & caste certificate, will be considered for further stages of recruitment as per their revised caste/community.

2) If any of such candidates who do not respond to this notice and do not send their self-attested scanned latest caste certificate issued on or after 01.12.2024 by competent authority till the last date of submission i.e 10.02.2025, will be later shortlisted for further stages of recruitment as per the community (SC) mentioned in the online application. These candidates must mandatorily bring the new caste certificate which is issued on or after 01.12.2024 as well as old caste/community certificate which is issued before closing date of submission of online application, at the time of Document Verification. The caste certificate belonging to the period between the closing date of submission of application will be cross checked with respect to the new caste certificate issued on or after 01.12.2024. If any discrepancy is found between both certificates, his/her candidature will be treated against Unreserved category, provided the

candidate fulfils the stipulations applicable for the entire cycle of the recruitment. Candidates are advised to keep viewing the official websites of RRBs regularly for further updates,
