"Ginnung" is the last track in the album "The Northerner Diaries: Symphonic Sketches". The original track's length of 17 minutes puts it as the longest individual piece of music by Jeremy Soule (second only to "Skyrim Atmospheres" with its 42 minutes length). The soundscape of this track is particulary reminiscent of Skyrim thanks to its musical elements (like male and female choir) and the evocative tone.
This edited version of "Ginnung" is meant to seemlessly remove a portion of the original composition at 9:49, which makes a radical shift in tone, introducing a 4-minutes long section that is much more esuberant and almost baroque (very similar to another track in the album called "​Bifröst"). In this video, I aimed to preserve the musical mood that is heard for the majority of the track, keeping it coherent from start to finish.
