PROS
Very Sturdy-Clearly well built
Cheap Quick Release Plate- You can buy the quick release plate for a very cheap price(around $12)
The Height
Smooth Pan/Tilt

CONS
Can be heavy/awkward to carry-Build quality is awesome,but if you're looking for a go-to travel tripod,go for a carbon fiber one.

Handle-It's great that the handle can be attached easily and taken off easily,but you can not fully tilt it down into compact mode,you will have to take the handle off in order for this to be put into a bag.

No Bag- A minor thing,but it still would be nice especially regarding the price
