I heard about a place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania that serves up all different styles and cuts of wagyu, so today we are here for the nigiri. Not just ordinary nigiri; we are eating nigiri topped with uni and foie gras. Wow, the flavors are spectacular as it hits your tongue.
