Many improvements and modifications have been implemented in this new variant of the F-16. With the use of 5th generation technology to some extent, this new variant of F-16 is closer to 5th generation aircraft. Following its inaugural flight in 2023 and subsequent testing, this new variant has now entered the production line. The F-16 Block 70/72 will be produced in India.
