Vagdevi Arts Academy 'Nrutyanjali' to the visionary , revivalist and legendary dance guru Padma shri Dr.Nataraja Ramakrishna garu on his 97th birth anniversary .An humble dedication from our academy for his relentless efforts and contributions to the world of dance. Especially telugu land for reviving reconstructing Andhranatyam and Perini .His efforts and hard work made today tharamathi baradari as tourist place.
Andhranatyam is an ancient traditional temple dance form of the Telugu region.
This dance tradition was developed in 3 distinct styles:-
1. Aagama nartanam 
2. Aasthana nartanam
3. Prabandha nartanam
Andhranatyam is a style that became extinct but was revived in the 20th century. It was the efforts put up by Guru Dr. Nataraja Ramakrishna along with other renowned temple dancers and courtesans, that this dance form reinstituted into the mainstream.

Performance by Narthana who is a child prodigy who has performed Andhra natyam, Perini natyam in various occasions. She is also a child artist in the Telugu film and T.V industry.
