Once you defeat Count Waltz and Ruined Body at the top of Double Reed Tower, the game gives you the Hero's Crest item. If you take this back to the Noise Dunes and exit the same side of the screen four times in a row, you'll be taken to an Oasis, where you use the Crest to open the Hero's Gate and access the Mysterious Unison bonus dungeon.
