The Tacoma SR5 comes in a great variety of configurations including Access Cab & Double Cabs, 4-Cyl & V6 engines, 4x2 & 4x4 drivetrains as well as short & long bed. This provides great options for Tacoma buyers to build the truck how they need it.

The V6 engine in this Tacoma is the improved Atkinson engine, first released in 2016 that provides 278 hp and an improved fuel economy of 18 city/20 highway with a 21.1 gallon fuel tank. The 4-cyl engine gets an even more impressive MPG of 20 city/23 highway 159 horsepower.

Towing capacity on the 4x4 V6 Tacoma is 6,400 lbs . Even the 4-cylinder Tacoma has a very capable towing capacity of 3,500lbs.

Dimensions vary based on which cab you choose along with a 5 or 6 foot bed, but 9.4” of ground clearance is found on every model.

Starting at the front, there are projector beam headlights, daytime running lights, integrated fog lights and Automatic High Beam. This Tacoma is built to last with one piece frames, fully boxed front sub frame, and skid plates on the engine and front suspension. The SR5 comes with 16” silver spoke alloys wheels with front vented disc brakes and rear drum brakes. A popular option are the 16” black alloys wheels that give the SR5 a custom look.

The bed of the Tacoma is unique and built to last. The 5’ bed on this Double Cab has a composite interior. The easy lower tailgate comes with the embossed TACOMA logo, and integrated spoiler. There are LED brake lights and the chrome rear bumper includes 4 & 7 pin trailer connector and Class 4 tow hitch.

Every Tacoma comes standard with Toyota Safety Sense which includes Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Departure Alert, Automatic High Beams and Dynamic Radar Cruise Control.

The interior on this Tacoma SR5 features comfortable seats with soft touch points and an easy to use layout. The front seats are both 4-way adjustable with lumbar support for the driver.

The leather steering wheel has all your controls. The left side includes your audio, phone and voice-recognition. The right includes buttons for the multi-information display, lane departure and dynamic radar.

The center console has two more vents with gunmetal faming along with a 6.1” touch-screen with Entune Audio Plus including backup camera, Scout GPS, XM Radio and much more.

The ECT Power button provides an extra boost of power - handy for towing, passing vehicles on highway or climbing steep grades.

On the roof, along with map lights and traction control is sunglass storage and an auto dimming rearview mirror with compass.

The interior size is spacious for a four door mid-sized truck. The rear seats have 60/40 fold-up seat bottoms with hidden storage for your valuables as well as a jack and tire iron. The Access Cab comes with two flip down jump seats for those times you need extra seating.
