Then Labdron asked "How should I be of benefit to beings?"
དམ་པའི་ཞལ་ནས།
Dampa answered:
བུ་མོ་ཁྱོད་ཚང་ཡུལ་ནས་འདོན།
"Young lady, confess your hidden faults.
མི་ཕོད་པ་རྫིས།
Approach that - what you find repulsive.
མི་ནུབ་པ་བསྐུར།
Those you think you cannot help - help them!
ཞེན་པ་མཐོང་།
Anything you are attached to - let go of it!
གཉན་ས་འགྲིམ།
Go to places (like cemeteries) that scare you.
