Recorded at The Players' Theatre, Villiers Street in 1974. Dudley Stevens (1935-1993) joined the Players' in the early Seventies and continued performing and directing there right up to his death in 1993. He was immensely popular and an extremely talented performer, playwright and stage director and became well known to the general public through his appearance in the long running soap 'Crossroads'.
