Boondocking at Takhlakh Lake...Deep in The Cascade Range at the Base of Mt Adams, Washington

Welcome to Washington....The EVERGREEN state
This week we are deep in the Cascade Mountain Range....Our mission is to photograph Mt Adams reflecting in the beautiful TakhLakh Lake. You know the kind of photograph that is instagram worthy, the kind of photograph the makes Canon sit up and notice what a great photographer I am!!! Yeah well.....that never happened! Mt Adams decided to hide behind a veil of clouds the entire time we were there. On the plus side, we arrived to find out that we could stay in the campground for free as we arrived 2 day before the official opening.
