Crispy and crunchy Mandali Fish Fry

This is a tiny gold coloured fish easily available in Bombay. Tastes great in curries as well as fried. I usually serve this as a side dish with steamed rice and some vegetable curry. This is usually fried till it is nice, golden brown, crispy and crunchy

List of ingredients
300 gms of cleaned and washed Mandali fish
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder
1/2 tsp spicy chilly powder
1 tsp vinegar
2 tsp of rice powder (This is optional you can use rava also)
