From Bonestrand waypoint, head southeast to a tall building with a round roof. Use Springer 3 to get up there.

From Bonestrand waypoint, head east to Boundary Preserve. You need a Skimmer to go over the small ledge that separates the waters. Then head south & use a Springer to get up to the rocks where the Page is.

From Lair of the Forgotten waypoint, head south towards the rock ledge. You will need Springer 3 to get up to the Page.

From Joko's Domain waypoint, use a Springer to get up the rocks beside it. Head east, then glide down to the pillar where the Page is.

From Sand Jackal Run waypoint, jump into the nearby Sand Portal. Keep heading northwest to another Sand Portal. You can teleport over to the rock pillar where the Page is.
Alternatively, you can run there and use a Springer to get up to the Page.

From the Darklands waypoint, head east on a Skimmer. You can just skimmer down onto the ledge where the Page is.

From the Darklands waypoint, use a Springer to get up the rock hills behind the waypoint.
Head northwest & glide down to the ledge where the Page is. Watch out for mobs that will knock you off the ledge.
