2 to 4 pork chops, bone-in or just loin chops
Dijon Mustard
Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Brush the chops with the mustard.
Place the bread crumbs and paprika in a zip lock bag. Put one chop at a time in the bag and shake to cover it with the crumbs. Place onto a foil lined baking sheet for easy clean-up. Or on a rack on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until an internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
