Dissection of a fresh cow skull in order to remove the brain. This was done on a cow head from a local meat processing facility. The cow was killed earlier in the day. The dissection is very difficult because cows have two layers of bone in their skulls. Recorded at Glen Oaks Community College, Centreville, Michigan by Dr Ren Allen Hartung.
