The SP7 Skin Packaging Machine is the next-generation update of our popular Skin Packaging series. With several design refinements, the SP7 is a modern version of our previous machines and the best machine of its kind in the world.

The SP7 is capable of wrapping up to 3 sealing boards a minute, with an optional in-feed and out-feed table to streamline the sealing process. The sealing area is 765x511mm, but can be customised to your requirements.

The SP7 uses Surlyn coated film to package your product. The film is heated and then drawn over the product using a powerful vacuum to provide a tough and tamper-proof seal. Unusually shaped items are not an issue for the SP7 and as the material is completely transparent, consumers can see the product prior to sale.

The SP7 comes with adjustable heating zones for precise control of the packaging process. With design improvements, a robust design and simple operation, our SP7 system is the ideal system for your Skin Packaging requirements.
