The reality of Imposter syndrome in our lives

Imposter syndrome is not foreign to many of us, least of all me. Over the years, I have developed tools to alleviate its effects. You, too, can apply them in your life as you build your own over time.

What I find amazing is that I recorded this months ago. It's December, and I utterly needed to hear this again. When I say these recordings are not just for you, but my future forgetful self who needs reminding. What better way to be inspired than by your younger, wiser self.
