They will also equip faculties with practical & hands-on experience & insights into the changing dynamic in the wealth management space. This will be done via domain-specific lectures, real-life case studies, soft skill training, and practical opportunities to learn in a professional and real-life set-up to prepare the students for a successful career in the BFSI domain. The three-year association will bridge the gap between students’ theoretical learning and practical industry expectations in the corporate setup.“We often notice a gap between what students are learning in theory in the classroom and how those learnings are to be applied practically in real-life situations. This is across industries. This MoU with DSEU is to train and prepare students practically for a real job environment and become street smart. The institutions have done well in articulating a good curriculum. However, considering the BFSI domain is quite vast, we will provide micro and deeply embedded learning that’s specific to wealth management,” said MrTanwirAlam, Founder and CEO of Fincart.
