Sankh Prakshalan(also known as Shankhaprakshalana or Varisara Dhauti) is a yogic cleansing known as Shatkarma. Technique used to cleanse the entire digestive system, from the mouth to the anus. Process- Drinking saline water, followed by yoga postures that help the water move through the intestines.
Duration- The process continues until the water passed through the bowels is clear.
