Much Fun! Much Opie! This is a build that uses Obliteration wands to explode monsters causing chain reactions. It is not uncommon to offscreen packs of monsters.

Requirements are cheap. Can start the build on a budget.

Extra note:
A witch ascendancy Ocultist can easily swap out one obliteration wand for a rare wand with the essence of delirium decay mod. The decay will be able to compensate for the loss of explosion damage since it can be procced by the explosions. Yes the occultist will be a more expensive but tanky CI option. Berserker 6K life cannot compete with 12k ES. Decay will tripple+ the single target DPS too. Link setup will be something like: BV - Conceffect - voidmanip - rapiddecay -poison - Inc dura. With alot of chaos damage and increased duration from the skill tree; all the support gems will double dip on the poison and overpowered decay mechanic.
