What's been going on.. Cervical dysplasia, CIN3, colposcopy, LLETZ, surgery! Telling you everything!

I've had a lot going on recently, hopefully this explains why. It has taken a lot to share this but I figured so many people put their smear tests off and we need to spread the word about why it is so important to encourage more people to go for their testing.

Even though my experience with the colposcopy wasn't the nicest it is far nicer knowing what is going on with my body and getting the treatment I need to be healthy again. As someone who is scared of being in a hospital as a patient and freaks out at everything I was able to get through it so if you are watching this video and are also nervous you can get through it too and it is so worth it to know we are healthy!

I am by no means a Doctor or professional in this area so for medical advice please see your Doctor and I know everyone's experience is different, this is mine. It will obviously vary from person to person.

Some people may wonder why I decided to share something so personal online. I think that the more we talk about these things openly and honestly it highlights how important it is to go for these regular check ups when we are called to them and it encourages people to go for their screening or seek medical help when something differs from the norm. So if I have helped one person to book their smear test or have more of an understanding about having a LLETZ etc then this video has been worth posting.
