Couple things I missed -
+weighs 32lbs 4oz who cares about weight?
+xtr Shifter lever for a seat dropper lever
+daisy chain zip ties to keep cables snug and quiet around cockpit
+gorilla tape of frame cable guides to keep them from moving and making noise 😡
+my bike looks like this before EVERY ride haha
+gorilla tape on fork cable guide to keep er' snug
+store my bike upside down for fork longevity
