OPEN ME FOR THE RECIPE! :)

Laksa Paste:
2 large shallots
4 garlic cloves
3 candle nuts
1 1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander seed powder
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup peanuts
8 chili padi
15g of belacan (torched) [can be substituted with 2 tsp or sambal belacan)
15g of galanggal
3 lemongrass sticks

Laksa Broth Ratio:
2 parts chicken bones
1 part prawn shells
Water (enough to cover the bones and shells)

Laksa Gravy(per serving):
250g broth
50ml coconut milk
50-60g laksa paste
Salt & sugar to taste

Garnishes:
Omelette
Shredded chicken breast
Prawns
Bean sprouts
Bee hoon noodle
Chinese parsley

Suggested condiments(not shown in video):
Sambal belacan
Calamansi lime

Hello!!! Notice any changes to the set up? 🥰 Got some new additions to my plant family. Been super excited to upload this recipe as this dish is very special to me and I can eat this for breakfast everyday (in another life where carbs don’t exist). It does require a lot of ingredients but I promise it’s worth the time, love and effort you put into it.
