Back in the summer of 1980, CP Rail's St. J turn was a six day a week job between Newport and St. Johnsbury, VT. The normal power was one of five RS-2's built by Alco in 1949. One of the better customers at the time was Ethan Allen Furniture in Orleans. Today's job is powered by RS-2 8400. Come along while we spend the morning working the St. J turn at Orleans.
