Raja Rajeswari Medical College and Hospital | MBBS Admission

Rajarajeshwari Medical College and Hospital (RRMCH) established in 2005, is located in Bangalore, Karnataka. The college is approved by MCI and is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.

The college offers UG, PG, and Ph.D. programs in the field of Medicine. At the UG level, the college offers MBBS and B.Sc. At the PG level, the college offers MD, MS, DM and M.CH. Along with these, the college also offers Ph.D. and Diploma programs. Rajarajeshwari Medical College also provides Lateral Entry for direct admission in the second year for B.Sc program.

Applicants who have passed 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from a recognized board are considered eligible to apply for MBBS.
Admission to MBBS is done on the basis of valid score obtained in NEET UG
Candidates applying for B.Sc. must have passed 10+2 with 50% marks in Science stream from a recognized board to be considered eligible for admission.
For Lateral Entry, candidates must have passed Diploma in Medicine with 50% marks from a recognized university.
Admission to B.Sc. is done on the basis of Merit in 10+2 examination.
Candidates applying for MD and MS must have passed MBBS with 50% marks from a university recognized by MCI.
Admission to MD and MS is done on the basis of valid score obtained in NEET PG.
Candidates applying for DM and M.CH must have passed MD/ MS in the relevant stream with 50% marks from a recognized university.
Admission to DM and M.CH is done on the basis of valid score obtained in NEET SS.
Applicants for Ph.D. must have a Master’s degree in the concerned discipline with 55% marks in order to be eligible for admission.
Admission to Ph.D. is done through the marks scored in UGC NET followed by Counselling.
The college offers 5% relaxation in the eligibility criteria for candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
