In this video, I am showing off my current uber lab farm build in Path of Exile. The build is a Cyclone slayer, but it can be played with Earthquake too.

If you decide to use Earthquake instead of Cyclone, I recommend the following gem setup:

Earthquake, Less Duration, Melee Physical Damage, Fortify, Inc. AoE & Added Fire

Swap out Inc. AoE for conc. effect for boss fights.

Level 1-12: Ground Slam
Level 12-28: Sunder
