Here's a shabby chic home decor piece that is mostly a Dollar Tree DIY with a bit of crystal garland and glam added in for sparkle and bling! It can be hung as a chandelier or mounted to the ceiling as a more permanent light fixture. I'll show you how to do both in this tutorial. I hope you love it as much as I do and will give it a try!

2 Small Ornate Picture Frames from Dollar Tree

Craft Stick
Push Light
2 Garden Chains from Dollar Tree
Silver Spray Paint
Paint Brush

Small Flat Screw Driver, Goggles and Gloves for removing mirror from frame.
