This is my first video after nearly a year of not uploading regularly. Moving forward, I plan to return to a more consistent posting schedule throughout 2026. I also have several videos from 2024 and 2025 that were recorded but never published, and I will be working to edit and release that backlog in the coming months.

William and I stopped in Lawton to record one of the city’s 1000T sirens before continuing on to the Wichita Mountains, where we spent the remainder of the day hiking. We chose to record this particular Thunderbolt since it hasn’t been recorded more than once.

In Lawton, the outdoor warning sirens are tested weekly on Mondays at 12:00 PM (noon). The siren we recorded is located near the intersection of NW Lincoln Avenue and NW 16th Street in Lawton, Oklahoma.
