This Loner girl didn't quite make Lucy's Chicken and Rice , but it was damn sure close.. Only thing Im missing is the Asparagus she put in hers 🤔

This Dish is old-school and was one of our cheaper One Pot meals that fed large families. Chicken and Rice .

You can season however you like your Chicken and Rice. Make sure you put a couple Tbs of Butter on Top of Rice once done . Yum 😋

Boil Seasoned Chicken. Your Choice
Onion, Garlic
1 Cup Rice ( Your favorite )
Fresh Parsley
Garnish with Green Onions

Your House will smell amazing !
