Intel Launches Education Initiatives for Ohio, U.S. (Event Replay)

In a webcast on Thursday, March 17, 2022, Intel unveiled plans to invest in Ohio and national education and research initiatives to address technical challenges and workforce shortages in semiconductor manufacturing. The announcement was part of Intel’s recent investment of more than $20 billion to construct two leading-edge chip factories in Ohio. The webcast featured Christy Pambianchi, Intel chief people officer; Keyvan Esfarjani, Intel executive vice president of Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Operations; Dr. Erwin Gianchandani of the National Science Foundation; Ohio Gov.
