I hope that this message finds you and your loved ones well. Over recent months, we have all had to learn how to adapt and for us that meant an empty hotel, something we have not seen since we first opened the doors in 2011.

However, I write now with renewed optimism and excitement. I am delighted to share that the Conservatorium hotel will be reopening on Wednesday 22nd July.

As a team we have been working hard to ensure that you feel confident and safe when planning your next visit to Amsterdam. We have implemented our ‘Safe Stay’ programme and you can read more about this on our website. But, most importantly, our commitment to you is that our warm welcome, exceptional service and enthusiasm to create unique and unforgettable experiences remains the same.

We all look forward to welcoming you back and hope to see you soon at Amsterdam’s only modern grand hotel. In the meantime, I wanted to share a video insight into how I have personally been inspired over the past few months, whilst I continue drawing personalized welcome cards for our first returning guests, featuring the iconic canal houses that Amsterdam is best known for.
