On June 29 and 30, 2024, the city of Makati celebrated two significant feasts. June 29 marked the feast of Saints Peter and Paul, while June 30 was the feast of the Virgen de la Rosa de Macati. Despite being held in a highly urbanized area, the colorful and grand celebrations showcased the enduring and flourishing traditions of these feasts. The beautifully adorned church and the vibrant decorations drew devotees from various parts of the country to attend the Mass, procession, and other ongoing traditions.
