Walk-on Ceiling Panels:
• Suspended sheet metal ceiling panels will be formed with Özyapı clean room sheet metal ceiling panels in compliance with ISO 14644 and related GMP requirements. The materials used will also have a modular design that is resistant to moisture, cleaning materials and disinfectants, can be easily cleaned, has a permanent structure, does not produce dust, does not hold dust, does not allow the settlement and development of microorganisms, has a non-porous texture, can be easily disassembled and reassembled.
• The suspended ceiling system is walkable and carries 350 kg/m² of distributed load. Ceiling carrier profiles will be used to prevent deflection.
• The lower sheet of the suspended ceiling panels facing the room is smooth, RAL9010 in color and 0.8 mm thick and covered with 24µ antibacterial PVDF paint. The panels will be filled with rockwool (120 kg/m³) and have a thickness of 49 mm.
• The top sheet facing the outside of the room is manufactured with flat surface, 2mm thick flat galvanized sheet.
• Special hole applications will be made for the placement of luminaires and grilles on the ceilings.
• Special cnc cutting applications are made for the placement of the grille on the ceilings and the surface transition is zero. As the fixtures and ceiling panels are compatible, easy installation is provided. It will be arranged in such a way that it can be easily cleaned by using special rounding accessories at the wall-ceiling joints.
