Your Traxxas SLEDGE NEEDS These | Spiral Cut Gears “UPGRADE”

In this video we upgraded the Traxxas Sledge ring and pinion in both differentials. We took the Sledge out for a run and heard some differential clicking. We found the rear ring gear to be the issue. This is a know weak point of the Sledge among other models. Traxxas uses cheap material for their pinions, spur gears, etc. The machined spiral cut gears are a must have when it comes to extreme durability. The Sledge is now quieter, stronger, and ready to bash. Below you will find links to the parts used in this video.

We also installed the Hot Racing Motor Locking Washers to help limit the movement of the motor.
